Leave empty for gitlab.com. Invite the Apoc bot user as Maintainer on the projects that hold your Terraform.
Install the Apoc DevOps Agent GitHub App → on the repos that hold your Terraform, then paste the installation ID here — the number at the end of the installation's settings URL (…/settings/installations/<ID>). Apoc reads your repos through it and opens PRs for your approval.

Who can talk to Apoc
Slack members allowed to message Apoc in your workspace — one member ID per line. Leave empty to allow everyone in the workspace.
Find a member ID in Slack: open a profile → the ⋮ menu → “Copy member ID” (looks like U01ABC23DEF). Applies at the gateway right away — no re-provision.
